University Place is a great school with awesome teachers and leaders. Students and faculty feels like one big family!
Posted by a community member on 8/20/2021There is a bit of a lag in the data and information about this school posted on Great Schools. In 2013, the school adopted a project-based STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) curriculum. It now also is both a neighborhood school, but allows enrollment from throughout the city
Posted by a parent on 9/29/2014My child attended Arcadia Elementary's pre-k last year and was selected to attend university place for the STEAM program. Thus far I am very disappointed..... His teacher is unorganized and so is the school. Principal & others are very unfriendly. A move back to arcadia after the school year is a go
Posted by a parent on 11/5/2013I have three children that attends this school and the teachers and principal knows everyone of them, they are so personable. This past year my oldest two have passed with A's and B's. I wouldn't want my kids to attend any other school.
