Brownwood Elementary School

We absolutely loved the first two years at Caldwell. The teachers were amazing, organized, there was a great communication system, and a lot of learning going on. However, for the last three years it has been right the opposite. I truly believe if the schools would take computers and cell phones out of the room, then the students would get some teaching. I have been so disappointed (as a teacher myself) with the lack of teaching, communication, and accountability that should be held for the teachers standards. All children need to feel welcomed, loved and important, especially in school. I know it takes the parents, the school and teachers to make sure the child is performing to their best ability. If I could move school districts I would!

Collins Intermediate school is absolutely horrible. If there were another school that I could choose to send my children to instead, I certainly would. The principal and vice principal treat students horribly, and they treat the parents horribly as well. Not only do you have to worry about your children being bullied by their peers, you also have to worry about them being bullied by the administration.
