An excellent school with superb teachers. JHS has an exceptional academic curriculum with art, music, drama, and a variety of sports for boys and girls.
Posted by a community member on 8/30/2015Great Academic school. Athletic program is mediocre and very, very political. Does not matter how good you are in athletics, more important is who you and your parents are. There is no off season sports program.

Have had them tell me there is no such thing as a "504 plan" (which is state law). Tends to have their favorite students, and if you are not a favorite then too bad for you. Terrible sch

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe are a transfer from out of state. So far I love the school. Everyone has been helpful and the academia is above average. The community is nice. They truly invest in the kids. Faculty seem to care about the students. The staff is unprofessional and the favoritism of certain students (the principals grandkids and staffs children) is ridiculous.
