Read what parents are saying about Holy Family Parochial SchoolWe just started at Holy Family this year. It was exactly what our family needed. We are so thankful for the staff and parents at Holy Family. They have made us feel welcome and right at home. The curriculum is a much higher standard than we were used to, and it was the perfect challenge.
Posted by a parent on 3/19/2024We LOVE Holy Family! The teachers take the time to learn about every child’s abilities and work hard to support them through their learning journey. My child finally feels challenged with the high level of education, and she is cared for and nurtured every single day.
Posted by a parent on 3/6/2024Amazing school! The literature and reading curriculum are night and day from city school curriculum. Academics are top notch and a variety of extra curricular choices. The principal is an amazing leader, very dedicated, hard working and accessible. I do wish the local Catholic high school had a more robust athletic program and facilities (like an actual stadium, track, etc.) like other cities have to help develop and support middle school sports, but that is not Holy Spirit’s responsibility. Going to HS was one of the best choices we made as parents for our kiddos.
Posted by a parent on 8/4/2021The school has had several changes in leadership over the last few years. It has finally settled down and returned to almost business as usual. There are books again yet we still see just work books that come home. You can't help your kids effectively without the books they teach from. Other than that and the fact the school is still being facilitated in a bilingual fashion its improving once again.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBlossomwood is a gem of a school nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. My oldest started in Kindergarten and will graduate from 6th grade this year. My youngest still has two more years here. We have loved our time at this school! The teachers and support staff work tirelessly to put the kids first and we have loved the extracurricular activities (Chess Club, Greenpower, Math Team, Student Council, and more). The PTA is top notch in providing support to teachers and organizing events to keep parents and families engaged. I do think it makes a difference of what you put into the school. Of course, no school is perfect and Blossomwood is no exception. But I am continually impressed with the level of communication from the school to parents, and we have loved each of our teachers and principals (and the librarian is absolutely fantastic!). All in all, I am deeply thankful that my kids go to Blossomwood!Parent Review1y ago - Academy For Academics & Arts

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageKids run wild in the hall. Walk into the classes and sse if you notice any structured learning going on. Chromebooks not being used effectively, kids sitting and rawing in Science classes, etc. Their scores would improve if they went back to the good ol' way of teaching and take the toys out of their hands.Parent Review4y ago - Highlands Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is our second year at Valley Fellowship. We have elementary age children and have been very impressed by the admin, teachers and curriculum. My children are constantly learning and being challenged in a loving and safe environment. They no longer say they are bored and always have something to talk about when I pick them up. Another reason we chose this school was their use of books over computers especially for the lower grades. Parents also have access to their child's lesson plans, homework and grades. Every action and decision taken by the school is purposeful with the goal of fostering a greater partnership with each family. They are open and transparent so we can work with the staff to help our children become responsible, Christian leaders.Parent Review8mo ago - Sonnie Hereford Elementary School
