Primrose School Of Riverwoods

The teachers and staff are very unprofessional and don’t consider the needs of the adults or children. Every 10 mins a kid is being hurt by a busted lip, bleeding nose, scratch on arm or bruise. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

My 3 year old son has attended Primrose for almost two years, and his excelled development speaks for itself. The curriculum has proven very effective and the teachers and staff are professional and friendly. My husband and I have been impressed since day one. I would highly recommend this facility for youth growth and development. I have complete trust and confidence in Primrose concerning my child's safety and best interests. I am thankful for such a valuable resource in my child's early education.

Our 20-month-old experienced 3 unfortunate incidents in less than 40 days of enrollment here. The worst of which was NEGLECT. He was alone in his classroom (with the lights out) when I picked him up. The management & owners' response immediately following the situation was unacceptable. They offered no explanation, so I scheduled a meeting the next day to discuss what happened. The meeting did little to reassure us that they were aware of the seriousness of the matter, so we requested documentation. It took a week for management to produce a report that detailed how our child was left unsupervised. This written explanation did not match what was said in person. I filed a complaint with the Child Care Services Division of the Alabama Department of Human Resources. After informing management in writing that our son would not return following this incident & other unresolved issues, Primrose still charged us (an active duty military family) for a full week's tuition in which our child did not attend. Primrose failed to meet our family's health, safety, supervision, communication & customer service standards. Most importantly they failed to meet our ethical standards.

Primrose School of Riverwoods did an unbelievable job of preparing my child for elementary school. His teachers were amazed.
