2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is by far the best school I have ever been to and I have made lots of friends and they are the best people ever. At any other school all the students were mean and bullies. But at Aldrich is way better than all those other schools :).Parent Review2y ago - Memorial High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is/was very emotionally draining for me. That’s just my personal experience. The teachers can be very inconsiderate and rude. Other than the rudeness and uneasy sense the school gives off the school is very much a good school.Student Review4y ago - Todd Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth of my daughters went to Todd. I was active as a parent, and found that the teachers were engaged in the art of teaching to a high level. Between the two of my girls, they had 10 different teachers. I only found one of those ten to be sub-standard, and she is now retired. They have a caring staff, and a good PTO with active parents.Parent Review9y ago - Beloit Virtual School

What Locals Say about Beloit

"Beloit Township is not same as City of Beloit. The police and sheriff are doing their jobs daily. City of Beloit has some residential areas where more crime but I think it is safe for kids. The school system is well established. "

"About 15-20 min to Janesville which is convenient buses to Janesville only run certain hours in the morning and in the early afternoon it’s about an hr drive to Chicago suburbs "

"Other neighbors with dogs located in this neighborhood. Understanding neighbors and well animal community!"

"High crime rate and just getting worse. Nothing for kids to do but the big pool. The schools do try to help the kids. But too many parents won’t help and support our teachers. It’s always someone else’s fault. Beloit has great parks. Just too many idiots that want to bring drugs and violence into it "

"Betroit (not a misspell, trust me) has been “home” for roughly 30 years...run away...run far away. WI is a boring place to be, only benefit of living here is it’s close to Chicago. "

"The dog's are well behaved, with responsible owner's. Service animals need more legal awareness though in the area amongst the renters and rentees."

"There are plenty drug and alcohol related activities at all hours of the day. Vehicles frequently drive fast and recklessly throughout the city. At all times there is a good chance of encountering panhandlers outside stores and at intersections. "
