I have been attending this school since my sophomore year, and honestly this is the worst school I had ever went to. I wanted to give it a below average due to the hardworking teachers, but I feel like that will not help anyone who is looking for an honest review. During testing days, whoever was in charge of testing told me that I had to take an Algebra I test despite taking one and passing it in my other school. The math classes are a wreck just like any other American public school. For an assignment, my other classmates and I went to a class where there were a bunch of foreign students who spoke little English. I only saw one teacher teaching the class of students who came from different parts of the world. I am not sure how effective their teaching was. The new school nurse knows nothing about privacy. I was in a rush and my stomach was in pain, so I asked the nurse is I could use the bathroom. I could not and she asked if I pooped right in front of two students. The guidance councilor said I was missing a class during my 2nd semester Freshman year. I was then put into another history class.

This was the worst school my children have ever attended. The principal and his incompetent staff all need to be fired!

We were excited our daughter made it into this school as her teachers had recommended it for her. Shortly after her first month she said she was 'gender fluid'. When asked what that meant she simply replied that what she had been told by her teachers. I think we have more pressing issues in our schools then teacher telling our children such things. Can we not just let them be children??

This school is beyond AMAZING. The staff is great, the principal is a very nice man who is approachable and always willing to talk. After a month of my son going there it seemed everyone knew him and would wave to him, teachers included. Very clean and organized. They are a School at Hope that thrives on accountability, respect, and preparing all children for a great future. They whole heartedly believe "That all children are capable of success. No exceptions. No excuses". It's in both their treasure hunter daily pledge and the kids at hope daily pledge. We were planning on moving, but now we are only looking into houses that will keep my children at this school.
