So the only access to this place would be the people that live here. It's gotten polluted, people are breaking the fence. They're breaking the The bench a The shooting area and also other areas.     "There are children around but only by necessity as rent is very cheap here. It is absolutely not friendly, one of the most dangerous areas in Spokane. Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."
