Main floor also includes king bedroom with walk-in closet, updated 3/4 bath (walk-in shower and heated tile floor), and beautiful study looking out to the front garden. There is a large queen bedroom in finished basement. Full bath, laundry room and workout space in basement as well. House is completely furnished with stocked kitchen; linens, towels and bedding included. Wood floors on main floor; carpeted bedrooms and basement. Wonderful large fenced front and back yards and gardens with synthetic turf that requires no care unless you have dogs. Large back deck includes a gas grill. Note: Vegetable garden will not be active nor will the hot tub pictured. Carport and garage not included but driveway and street parking available. All utilities included.

Minimum one month rental.

Well behaved small-medium sized dogs welcome upon approval. FYI: We have two Labradoodles who live with us when we're home; they are non-shedding and hypoallergenic. They will not be present during rental period.

This is a short-term rental only. Currently available for the period April 1-May 15, 2022 only. Virtual tour available before in person visit. Please email for appointment.
All utilities included. Pet Deposit (Non-Refundable) - $250.00; Security Deposit (Refundable) - $3000;
