Both children have excellent teachers, and we get great support. This school is very welcoming, from the front desk to the Principal and Vice Principal, to all the staff. The PTA is extremely engaged, and we have wonderful events planned for every season. Both kids are challenged appropriately. Our child with special needs is getting the right support for her to thrive. "The schools are very good. Parks, trails, recreation and sports are great for the whole family. There are farm markets in many locations. In Herndon families should not miss Frying Pan Farm. No matter how old the kids get, we have to visit the new babies every spring. "

"Their is no buses running through here all day. only rush hour on one side in morning 5am to 9 am...the other side in even from 4 to 9pm...snow days are really bad cause you have to walk in street to go down to Monroe st. to catch a bus to Monroe park and ride."
