8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageJust new to the area from florida and teacher said my daughter was not following basic curriculum in front of my daughter and me, and she explained, we all know florida doesn't have good schools. Well she was on gifted program in FL and here not following basic curriculum? we is her support into new transplant into the area? did she ever study psychology? I don't think she knows what it means time to adapt or adaptation. How can a school in florida rates 10/10 and rosa lee is 7/10 and be better? I do believe school has good teachers and I firm believer that we should change teachers if we want. She did suggest all professionals in Florida were not truthful with my daughter. we got her on extra classes outside school and she is doing great, with a great teacher.Parent Review1y ago - Stone Hill Middle School

"Nice place to raise a family, schools are fantastic and a lot of great restaurants, shopping and places to go for a good time. Weather is great most sunny days even in the summer. I love visiting my friends and family here instead of Pennsylvania. "

"Walking paths everywhere with dog pickup stations. Most houses have fenced yards as well. People are respectful and keep dogs on leash and pick up after them."

"Nothing really it’s just like every other townhouse/condo neighborhood honestly their is not really anything that is great about it just normal. The HOA dues are insane so that might be a major downturn if you want to move here. Also the HOA doesn’t fix anything on the exterior of the homes in a timely fashion and or respond to items on the portal so their is that too! "

"I commute from here to centreville area, and it usually takes me about 30 minutes. There isn’t much variation in time unless I’m on 28 at rush hour."
