Most have brick exteriors, and are well-constructed.     "We've lived in this neighborhood for more than 17 years. Neighbors are friendly, many conversations to be had walking your dogs or strolling through the tree-lined streets. Easy access to parks with walking and bike trails, DASH bus stops throughout, farmer's market, libraries, schools, shopping centers, and the dog park are all an easy walk. The babies when we moved in are all graduating now and there have been young families moving in again as houses become available. It is a vibrant, friendly community with passionate, active members. The local schools are truly special. Although the population is diverse, all come together and support one another. We love this neighborhood!"
