5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is an excellent school. With a very caring hands-on principal, this school has a team of good faculty who invest above average focus on the students. There were times when I was not happy about a classroom issue and addressed it with the principals. They were prompt and incredibly caring before providing resolution. Are there teachers there that are below average? Honestly, a very few as with any place. But they are surrounded by great teachers who are effective getting students to grasp their lesson. If a teacher couldn't deliver the results a child needed, the principal allowed options to meet the parent and child on common ground based on needs assessed. All of my children did well at Palmer over the years. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced us to make the decision to home school. So, the last child was unenrolled. And the administration handled the unenrollment process with great empathy and understanding that many of my online fellow homeschool parents did not experience unenrolling theirs at other schools in other cities/states. Hearing others' experience in other places during this difficult time makes me realize how Palmer has been that diamond in the rough that we were blessed to experience for all our children.Parent Review2y ago - Lake Olympia Middle School

"Beautiful Lake Olympia waterfront home. Custom built. 95% while brick exterior. Big 2 car garage with large work area. Small producing pecan tree on property. Low association fee. Association has 2 pools and bock for boats. Lake has good fishing and wildlife (many birds). "
