"Hair raising, white knuckle, bumper to bumper at 70 mph or 10 mph. Can't stand it. Was in a car pool for a while. Bus for several years. Anything beats driving "

"this is a nice neighborhood, very well kept, everyone is so friendly. lots of Christmas sprit, thy also have parades, and a nice golf course. not to close to a grocery store, I can not walk it. to far. need a car.enjoy the squirrel , very pet friendly. "

"quiet. ...safe...Police near by and they patrol well and they Are are not mean or tugger happy. schools are great ....parks are great and nice lots of kids sports and games"

"Live here and so do a few Missouri City Police, the area is great and we do not put up with noise of cars or barking dogs. If you are loud do not come here or you have barking dogs go away. This is a peaceful place, so if you like loud music and barking dogs be prepaired to pay the fine"

"Quail Valley is a beautiful golf course community in Missouri City. It is well maintained and offers a quick commute to just about anywhere you want to go with lots of great shopping and places to eat, etc. Great schools and fantastic neighbors make is a safe and wonderful place to live."

"I moved to Quail Valley from the Riverside Terrace section of Houston. The well maintained homes and overall serenity of the area got me the moment I turned into the community. Beautiful homes and yards everywhere. The lakes, golf course and the winding creeks are the communities greatest assets!"

"I have lived in QV for 5 years, I got into a great home and have recently purchased my second house in the neighborhood. A new Pro Golf Club and Community Center is being built in the neighborhood that has residents, sellers, and buyers all excited. At the moment, you can not beat the value, you get a lot of house for your money and the neighborhood and homes are beautiful! Get it now before prices go up."
