3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love bj smith! My daughter is in 2nd grade and has gone there sonce prek! We have loved all her teachers so far and mrs goss the principal is awsome! Only down side ive had is the guy PE teacher is definitely not people friendly and my child has complained about him a ton and has told me how he is in class and i definitely dont agree with how he runs things or how he treats the kids.Parent Review7y ago - Horn High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHorn High school is a school that definitely provides the resources for students to succeed, they have qualified teachers who truly care about the students. Unfortunately as a whole it has negative publicity due to the fact that it has around 3000 students and there are alot of student’s that cause trouble, however that is the responsibility of the parents. We need to take accountability as parents for our students academic success. One of my sons that goes here went to a very prestigious school as so to say and the curriculum or classes they offer was not any better, in the contrary, Horn offered alot more Dual credit classes for students. My son has excelled in both high schools, taking challenging AP/Dual credit courses.Parent Review1y ago

"It's a pretty safe and quiet place. There are no HOA’s, but everyone keeps their yards up really nice. There are a lot of parks around and there’s no one ever listening to music louder partying at night."

"I love the area. It's peaceful but not boring. Lots of working families, family owned businesses. The downside is it's far away from any freeway and the Mesquite police are always waiting to catch speeders. "

"1206 creek valley, we looked at this house and we found cracks in the brick which to me means foundation problems. also there are high risk sex offenders all in this area."
