The houses are a mixture of old and new, with established trees and great for walking or jogging if you are close to the lake especially. The neighborhood has tennis courts, parks, and easy access to Whole Foods, a few smaller restaurants, and shopping. The crime is very low for a big-city suburb/in-city neighborhood. "
