Poor education, run by incompetent administrators that ultimately harm the children’s education and well being. They are unable to look at the individual child’s needs to serve them best and really only care if there is a warm body in the seat so they can get paid. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you want your elementary student to attend school in a prison like environment then this is the campus for you. If you want to be involved in your child’s education and be a participant in class parties, field trips etc then avoid at all cost. Some teachers were great others weren’t. The administration is not inviting or competent. We have pulled our 5 kids from this school district and put them in private school now. Best decision ever!Parent Review1y ago

"I live on the lake. Every thing is 10 min. Except my favorite restaurant on the lake. 3 min. Traffic is always light. It is the country life. No major interstates coming through."

"I have lived in Athens for six years and it’s a nice community. Full of friendly people but can have some sketchy people as well, but that’s every city. Has a few good restaurants with good food and nice servers"
