Our house is in an old established neighborhood just two blocks from restaurants, yoga studios, shops, wine bars and craft breweries, fitness clubs, parks, farmers Market, Riverfront park - the list goes on. The City sponsors frequent events, and the area is one of the most desirable in the area. No need to go to downtown Charleston - although it is a short commute to go downtown or to any of the beaches or plantations."

"As a dog owner, I think people would like the sidewalks and freedom to walk their dogs safely. There are a couple places that don’t have the sidewalks and it can be quite frustrating, so that’s a downside. "
