5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTrying to get my kids in this school has been a head ache. Not only because of my husband transfer but because of the admin by the name of Teresa. She is very rude. She told me that they were not accepting but i fpund out they were. And sinxe i went over her head she has been giving me her nasty energy ever since. My kids have attended Hunley Park for a little less than 2 months and my daughter has been in a fight and been ganged at the school. And her teacher did not call me to inform me about either incidents. I went to the school to talk to the principle and Teresa says they are busy and I could have a seat because it will be a while and another parent is waiting for him as well. She said she will let him know about me as well. So went to go sit down and the principal finally comes in and said hello to the other parent and proceeded to walk with the parent in a conference room. I sat and waited for Teresa to let him know there was another parent but she didnt. He finished up with the other parent and she still didn't get up to tell him anything. She just sat at the desk and played busy. If you are not able to multi task then your in the wrong profession. I spoke with the principal or assistant principal and he was good addressing my concerns. But having rude administration and teachers who think it is not important to call about an incident is not okay.Parent Review7y ago - R. B. Stall High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageR. B. Stall High School is a great school to attend. High school is never gonna be easy for anyone because you'll always have trouble/drama wherever you go and you just gotta make the most of it. You will find some teachers aren't the best but majority of them want to see you succeed in life and be the best you that you can be. You might end up being a teacher from seeing your favorite teacher or finding it to be a passion. For me, I'm gonna go to school to teach kids because I saw from teachers that they help mold the kids into better people and help them see their potential so they can also want better for themselves.Student Review6y ago - Jerry Zucker Middle School Of Science

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAwesome school, with great leadership that truly care about their students. Sports involvement and academic recognition are definitely evident in this school. I'm proud to say that my kid along with other kids who made the principle's list were recognized at the Mayor's Council...I'm just appalled by it. Great way to congratulate and motivate the kids.Parent Review10y ago - Check out schools near 7910 Windfern Ct #F.

"Nope! You have to walk over four blocks away for public bus. The bus is close to Rivers Ave and on Greenridge there are a lot of shooting so walking to the bus stop may not be good idea. Lots of people walk around the neighborhood but it’s just not safe around here anymore. I always drive because of all the foot traffic of transit people who randomly move here. I’ll be happy once we move away from this area. "

"It’s a busy place so I wouldn’t leave any child unsupervised if at all possible. People are very friendly and probably helpful but it’s a busy place, like foot traffic, so leaving a child unaccompanied is probably not advisable. "

"This is a wonderfully walkable neighborhood with plenty to do and see. Our house is in an old established neighborhood just two blocks from restaurants, yoga studios, shops, wine bars and craft breweries, fitness clubs, parks, farmers Market, Riverfront park - the list goes on. The City sponsors frequent events, and the area is one of the most desirable in the area. No need to go to downtown Charleston - although it is a short commute to go downtown or to any of the beaches or plantations."
