Next there are two bedrooms which have access to each other and to the hallway. Third bedroom has balcony access. Spacious full bathroom is at the rear of the house. There is also attic access from the second floor - plenty of room for storage, or could be finished and made into a 4th bedroom or whatever you need it to be. There is a small rear yard and parking is accessed via parking lot from Martin Ave or Roxbury Rd. Property is tenant occupied. Tenant works nights, so M-F showings are limited to after 3pm. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for showings and allow at least 60 days for settlement. Tenant(s) may be home for showings. Sellers are PA licensed Broker and Realtor.

I can't learn because of being distracted, and all they do is give the kids ISS and they don't care. Then it's lectures then the whole class or team gets punished. Seriously hate it here.
