"Philadelphia in general is getting expensive people who don’t make over 15 an hour have to live in unsafe neighborhoods and this is one of them I’m trying to move now and there is nothing for less than$950 for a 2 br that isn’t infested with bug and mice. Philadelphia need to clean it up and play people a live able wage "

If you’re comfortable living in the hood then it’s the place for you some blocks are better than others I live on a nicely kept well maintained block but also it’s mostly elderly people on my block and they’re so friendly so overall I like my block but i will not raise or bring kids into this environment "

"Okay, neighborhood have alot problems with illegal dumping it can get kinda trashy but most of the people are okay, it can get very congested with traffic from temple, and now a new school so it's alot traffic along Westmoreland St and Ontario St. Pretty dusty right now from construction, the neighbors do know each other and will help on another."

"Public transportation is plentiful, less than 15 mins to downtown by train, 30 by bus, and about the same by car depending on what time you travel. This neighborhood is central to many landmarks and important places of business as it's close to the Fern Rock Transportation Center. "
