Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
This Home is Huge! One of the largest homes in the area, this home measures 1584 Sq Ft and has an open floor plan. That is 200 to 500 Square feet more than most other homes in the area. In addition to the space, the kitchen, bathroom, basement and hardwood floors have been done in recent years. But for those who know about having the best HVAC system, the real gem is in the home heat and air conditioning. They are two separate systems, base board radiator heat and ducted central air conditioning! So this extra large home is heated and cooled the most efficient way possible for low bills and a comfortable home. With the basement walls recently sealed and painted, there is twice the storage in this home than in other homes. And if you know the area, you know you are ten minutes from The Linc, home of the NFC Championship Eagles!

  • Crrn
"I live in this neighborhood, and with the commercial offerings along Passyunk, a grocery store and many smaller mom and pop stores, as well as drugstore chain within walking distance, life here is easy. Neighbors are multicultural which adds to the flavor of the community; parents who walk children to and from school, passersby who say hello, tree-lined streets, make this area feel welcoming and safe. Parking is generally easy and worry-free; unless you have a white panel van, which will garner graffitti quickly!"
