8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur family absolutely adores this school. The teachers, administrators, and support staff are incredible, and there is a true feeling of community. NES also has more diversity than other schools in the district and maintains a Diversity Committee which seeks to promote equity and inclusivity between the students by hosting events throughout the year to showcase our community’s many backgrounds and cultures. There is also an increasing emphasis from the teaching staff to include books by and about people of color. In addition, the school has a life skills classroom for students who are differently-abled and these students are as much a part of the school community as anyone. Finally, as the mother of a child with learning issues, I can say that this school has done wonders.Parent Review5y ago - Council Rock High School North

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child attended CRN schools from K-11 (sophomore year). The level of entitlement goes unmatched and we were a family of “have nots” (aka lived in a townhome). My child played sports, was an average student and was bullied. Threatened to be beaten up on numerous occasions, verbally assaulted in the halls and lunchroom and the bullies… those kids should just be ignored. Just don’t pay attention to them was the administrations solution. We moved out of the district for Junior and Senior year. Usually a tough transition for a high school kid. Not ours! They flourished and ended up with an academic scholarship to college. Had we stayed, this would never have happened. If you’re what the town considers a “have not”, do your children a favor and find another place to live. It’s not worth your children’s mental health.Parent Review1y ago - Newtown Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is draining for students. No diversity at all and overall very boring. I know students who have been harassed inside and outside of school. The teachers are strict and not understanding. The school will slam you for minor things like chewing gum, talking, being late, etc. Which results in 1 hour and 45 minute detentions. The teams separate the grade completely because they don't have lunch together so you can only communicate with your team for most of the time. School life is very stressful and for the past two years of me being here, I have been at my lowest point. The test scores are great but the learning environment and kids are very dull and depressing. I do not recommend this school for parents who want their child to be excited about school and happy overall in their school environment.Student Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 2 E Ridge Mews.

"The Commute is very very efficient the highways are very close and we are very close to the highway. The drive is very very easy and fast. High-speed as much as possible and get ticketed often I’m starting to get sick and tired of the police they’re always policing the area. I’m gonna move to Wyckoff New Jersey soon. I like New Jersey better than Pennsylvania"
