5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a great school! I don't think you really appreciate it until you have some experience with other schools. I have had kids in north OKC schools, Perry schools and Blackwell schools. Perry is by far the best. Is there room for improvement? Always! But overall they now have nice facilities, good leadership, and some very committed teachers. This community has always had excellent community support also. I grew up going to this school and now so do my kids! After having them in other schools and experiencing that, I feel I can say Perry schools are good schools overall and great in many areas!Parent Review11y ago - Perry High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs an update in 2013, the high school has been completely renovated now. There is a brand new elementary school, and the middle school has has some updating also. There is a new superintendent who is a Perry native and alumni, and has been a teacher at the high school. Things have greatly improved in Perry schools! Also, you will rarely find a community that supports it's schools so strongly. I graduated from these schools in the 90s, and my children attend them today. My children briefly attended another Oklahome school of roughly the same size (slightly larger), and it was a great disappointment after the Perry schools. "Dogs are lived and welcomed by responsible pet owners. Personally, I have a problem with people that let their dogs roam any neighborhood. Your elderly neighbor just may be deathly afraid of dogs. "

"You see people walking their dogs quite frequently. What I don't like is that when walking on Market between 7th and 11th, vehicles routinely surpass the speed limit, thus making it dangerous for pedestrian and animal."
