    "High crime neighborhood. I lived here as a child and 40 years later, I am still traumatized by the multiple break-ins, threats and burglaries and that occurred repeatedly. It was horrible to live through these events as a small child. Our home was not safe nor was the neighborhood. I would recommend a security system. "
