My child is a freshman. She has been an outcast from day one. I grew up here since 1988. My experience was fine at buckeye. My daughter has had nothing but problems with this school. The counselor has been good...she was called something nasty in front of a teacher during class! Nothing was said. She has endured everyday, eating alone not even in the cafeteria with other students. When all these schools boast about no bullying, they aren't talking about cloverleaf!!! It's a click school and if one person doesn't like you for any reason, you are not welcome here. A teacher should have stopped this nonsense but I'm sure they knew their parent. As I'm sure I do. I'm sickened to pull my kids out of a school district that I attended but they are absolutely out of this one. Disagree if you will. But most of us know each other.... good people shine a light on bad things. There will be local and national massive spotlights on cloverleaf due to it's amazing lack of leadership, especially in the current environment of these past several years. Do not send your child here. Good school but the emotional toll it takes on your child if they aren't accepted, not to mention the entire family unit. And the fact that teachers overlook harassment based on the child, during a class is simply unacceptable...you won't be able to bully my child ever again. She's out of this school and nobody I know will ever be recommended to this school. Bullying is common in schools, even now after all the drama. It's sort of a coming of age thing. We have all been bullied in times in our lives. As a child, especially as a freshman in a school for the first time, in front of a teacher in the middle of class??? Seriously?? ... absolutely not!! Chance your child's mental health is you like. Mine will not be subject to this mental abuse. Thank God it's not a physical abuse, but honestly that might be easier to heal from. Bruises only last a week. Mental abuse can last a lifetime. Shame on you cloverleaf teacher who allowed this to take place. And shame on any other adult who witnessed this through the course of the last several weeks in this school. In the classroom was the final straw. It's a small school, I know someone saw something and turned a blind eye. Because most of these people know each other already from going to school together or through sports their kids have been in. Shame on you cloverleaf!!! I loved this community for over 35 years and now I'm taking my family to another.

The elementary school is actually great, but the middle school and high school are soooooo bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The teaching staff is actually pretty good for the most part, but unfortunately their hands are often tied by the administration. I can't tell you how many teachers have also expressed their concerns, but can't speak out for fear of being fired. This school promotes hate, discrimination, racism, sexism, and has a reputation among local hospitals and mental health facilities for it. They hide behind excuses for failing to adequately protect their students, and try to place blame on the victims and their families. THIS SCHOOL IS NOT SAFE !!!! They also fail to provide clear and decisive leadership, which usually leads to last minute notice and / or all out failure to provide information with reasonable notice. This not only leads to confusion, but often becomes the responsibility of the parents/guardians to accommodate them. It's sad and truly disappointing how many of the "leaders" here don't seem to care at all about the students and families they are supposed to be serving. I hope and pray that positive people and changes will come quickly!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. This school is a joke. No one calls back everyone is always busy. They do not listen to what the parents say or want or know the child needs. They give way to much homework why are the children doing homework at 8pm still? I cant wait to move! Black River is better!
