"I've lived in this neighborhood for 21 years the neighbors are friendly the traffic is easy to get to the expressway the farmers markets are local nearby there is a huge Hundred Acre Park adjacent to our neighborhood plenty of walking pads and sidewalks and great restaurants in the area"

"Penfield parade for the 4th of July and fireworks. There is also a canal days in the adjoining town. There are lots of local restaurants and taverns that have live bands. Wegmans grocery is also a great place to mingle. "

"Penfield is perfect for families or those who like tree lined streets, safety, and most needs (stores etc) right at your fingertips. I live in an apartment community close to 250 and 441. One of the largest reasons I’ve not bought a townhouse or condo is due to the perfect location and high quality resources all on one corridor. "
