3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child is thriving at this school, lots of friends and activities, and they have a PTA engagement meeting so the parents can be involved also. They helped my kid score higher on his test scores.Parent Review1mo ago - Parliament Place School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would rate the school as A+ I certainly believe what you put in helps to determine what you get out of the experience. However, I must say the staff (teachers, administrators, cafeteria workers, security and custodial staff), community, students and parents work very hard to incorperate everyone into the success of the students. Teamwork is a word that I would use to describe the success of Parliament Place. Any parent would love to be a part of this school. Parents & staff pour a lot of time, energy and money into our children and are willing to do the work to ensure that no child is left behind.Parent Review4y ago - North Babylon High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe bullying and peer pressure in this school is out of control. My child was bullied relentlessly by kids who were older. They threatened my child on several occasions and even threatened my older child who doesn’t even attend the school. My child ended up being jumped by 3 kids after they mistakenly thought my child took something from them. The school only punished one child and told me the other two didn’t do anything. Baloney. Then the school questioned my child as if it was a made up story that these kids actually jumped my child. And can’t forget the selling of vape pens going on in the school. And yet the administrators have done nothing to stop these things! The bullying and peer pressure is still an issue and something should be done about it before these problems escalate.Parent Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 141 Hunter Ave.

"This neighborhood is all about location, parts can be neighborly and quaint while others feel colder and more like living on a highway. As someone who went through the high school I would say it is going downhill relatively fast but still with some decent academic programs"

"My neighborhood is minutes from the main hub of the LIRR in Babylon village. Deer Park Ave/Route 231 runs directly through deer park, Babylon and north Babylon w all major fast food places, supermarkets, nurseries and gyms as well as directly to LIE AND SUNRISE HWY. I grew up and went to school here and the town is a very close knit, family oriented town. Not only does most everyone I grew up and went to school with still live and raise their children here but also most of the businesses here are owned and run by them as well. We are also a very school spirited sports oriented town proud of our blue and white colored bulldog represented mascot teams! "

"The elementary schools are great but the middle school has had a lot of bullying going on for many years. There are so many children there who suffer from anxiety and fear going to school on a daily basis. "
