Pluses: small class sizes (less than 20 kids) for my child's class the past two years, nice facilities and some good teachers. Not sure if my child is being challenged but he seems to be learning at an average pace for a public school. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBullying is out of hand and nobody has any respect for anyone else. The staff sit and watch the kids get bullied and don’t do anything plus Harrison high school says they have a no bullying policy but if the kids that get bullied fight back they get in trouble but the bully’s don’t do anything. "It’s probably the safest neighborhood you could ever want to live in. We are within walking distance of fine restaurants, a grammar school, a church, a beautiful lake and a small shopping strip facing the lake. "

"We've lived in Harrison for 20 years. Fantastic family community anchored by a number of fortune 500 companies and one of the top country clubs, Westchester Country Club. Harrison has a high ranking school system that leads the area in kids being accepted to and graduating from all the top colleges. It's police force are focused on community safety. Because of the corporations in Harrison it can offer taxes lower then Rye & Larchmont, beautiful built homes from '50's tight up to present. Harrison is a town on the rise. Next 3-5 years the down town area is going to come alive with greater retai shop and restaurants. Now's the time to get in."

"Great neighborhood for singles, couples, families and pets! Walk to restaurants, quick drive to White Plains shopping and night life. City conveniences but your own slice of home town USA. Town park hosts outdoor concerts, car show, sports, has a recreation center, senior center, beautiful resort-style pool. Library has extensive resources. Friendly local restaurants and stores. Nearby dog park. 5 minutes to White Plains train station, 30 minutes by train to Manhattan. Near all major highways and airport. Top schools, Harrison School district. Park-like setting, great for walking/jogging. Quiet at night, safe place to be."
