Description
This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
A recent comparable sale of a home in Red Creek Ridge was for 16 Woodview Way and it was $386 per square foot. I'm at $297 per square foot.
The home is selling as turnkey. All of the furnishings will come with the home.
This includes 8 flat panel televisions. The newest one is a 77 inch LG OLED (Rated #1 in 2018 and retailed for $7000 in the beginning of 2019) in the master bedroom along with a Yamaha Receiver and 5 Klipsch Reference Speakers and a subwoofer.
The living room has a 60 inch Samsung TV, and a nice Bose setup with 2 Yamaha Receivers.
Kitchen floor and counters are granite. The appliances are GE Monogram and Café.
The kitchen has Klipsch speakers with a subwoofer powered by a Yamaha Receiver.
I recently replaced the master bath shower fixtures with a Thermostatic Hansgrohe setup. You can run the rain shower, hand held and 2 body sprays at the same time. The Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Tub. The bathroom floor and walls are travertine marble.
The home has Kohler, Grohe, Hansgrohe and Jado plumbing fixtures.
The home has a 16KW Generac Generator with a 200 Amp Service which was customized to bring emergency power to all 40 breakers. This means the whole house has available power to the generators limits instead of a 16 breaker to breaker setup which would provide power to less than ½ of the house.
1000 Gallon underground Propane tank installed by Paraco.
All ceilings in the home are at least 10 feet high except for 1.5 baths which are 8 feet.
Ceiling fans throughout the house.
4 sky lights.
There are 5 Sets of Anderson Sliders throughout. I have 2 brand new sets of sliders new in the box as spares.
The garage is 35 by 21 and is climate controlled and has a sink. There is a hot and cold-water connection for the hose. Next to the garage is a work area and beyond that is a utility room which contains the mechanicals. There is a Takagi T-H3-DV-P tankless water heater which was the highest capacity residential unit that Takagi sells. There is a sediment filter and an acid reducing system plumbed into the water system. The well pump is an upgrade from the original unit.
There is a 20 HP L118 John Deere riding mower with cart.
There is a Sears 9 HP Snow Thrower
There are several other outdoor maintenance items one of which is a Honda 3500 PSI - 4GPM pressure washer.
There is a Sentry fire rated rifle safe.
There are 2 separate heating and cooling systems. One is for the living areas and one is for the bedrooms.
There is a Cambridge paver retaining wall in the front of the house.
There are Brazilian Mahogany decks, one in the front and one in the back.
The salt water pool is 50 feet long from the top of the stairs to the inside of the Grotto. It's 23 feet at its widest. The deepest point is 9 feet. Grotto is about 5 feet deep. Its appx 40,000 gallons. I changed the liner in the spring of 2019 with some further customizations. The salt water generator was replaced 2 years ago.
There are 5 pool pumps.
There is a Polaris 380 pool cleaner.
There is a separate Spillover Spa plumbed into the pool so you get fresh pool water every day.
There is a 500,000 BTU Hayward Pool heater that was installed 2 summers ago. It is the highest BTU residential heater that Hayward offers.
The whole pool system is automated with Hayward Goldline controls with 2 remotes.
The backyard has appx 2000 square feet of Cambridge Pavers.
There is a Grohe outdoor shower.
Hot and cold water hose connections in the yard.
The front of the yard is sealed off with vinyl fencing.
There are appx 40 in ground sprinkler heads which can be controlled by a remote control. They provide irrigation to the front yard and the back yard.
There is a under paver pool filler and hot/cold connections for a hose.
There are 2 Weber Summit Series Grills
All backyard furniture stays. There is seating for over 30 people which
includes outdoor dining for 14.
Willing to rent from new owners until next May.

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePhillips ave is a wonderful school led by an amazing principal Mrs Rogers. She goes above and beyond to make sure each student gets a great education in a caring environment! Test scores are misleading given there is a high % of non-english speaking students. My daughter has been at Phillips for preschool, kindergarten and now 1st grade. She is proficient in basic math skills and reading entire books in both english and spanish. I grew up in a very wealthy school district and Phillips is just as good if not better! I couldn't be happier!!Parent Review10y ago - Pulaski Street Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a school with ZERO discipline, the kids are allowed to run the asylum and often times bullying, foul language in classrooms, and poor behavior goes unpunished but not unnoticed.Parent Review6y ago - Riverhead Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible. No one actually gets alongthe school doesn't seem to care about the studentsafety unless the board of education getsinvolved. Honestly just don't go here it's horrible.Plus the amount of threats the schools gets isterrible. And the psychologist at the school are badtoo. Like are they even doing there job. There havebeen some student who actually need help and have been brave enough to talk about there struggles and problems, but the school does nothing, and there are people who are perfectly fine and are receiving help. And the students at the school are just as bad especially the ones who are very open about their racism. And they treat the student with disabilities like outcast (the students). So don't count on this school to actually provide your kid with actual care trust me I'm a student at this school and it's like hell here.Student Review2y ago - Check out schools near 21 Hildreth Rd S.

"We have a park on good ground that welcomes dogs. Not many stores welcome pets in our area. Sidewalks aren’t as well lit as I’d like to walk your animals at night."

"The neighborhood I live in is a very tight knit block of family’s. They all grew up here with their parents and now they have the house for themselves or share with siblings. This street has a lot of memories. All the back yards are open to each other. The wife’s would hang out and all the husbands would hang out while kids would play. Right now my kids are the only ones playing outside. Since I am new to the neighborhood it’s a little invasive for me since there is no privacy and I’m judged by the bikes and toys in the yard that I do clean up every day 🤪"
