6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTuckahoe schools are totally under-rated. My kids have been in the district since Cottle, and have had exceptional teachers throughout. Our experience has mostly been with the academic and music programs, but I know people rave about the sports offerings as well. As for us, we’re now at the high school, and both kids are at the top of their classes. THS has a new Principal, Mr. Arthur, who started this year and immediately made it possible for my oldest to take an AP course that the school didn’t offer. His emphasis on scholarship promises to make this terrific school even better. I also have to make a plug for the Strings program, led by Charles DuChateau. Mr. D comes from a Bway background and the level of professionalism he has brought to the Strings program and Spr musical would rival any. Go Tuckahoe!Parent Review2mo ago - William E Cottle School
