4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was in the IB program and at the time I hated it. I didn’t realize, though, how much it was preparing me for later in life. Currently I’m serving active duty in the military overseas and taking full time classes through the University of Maryland and I’m surprised how well I’ve been able to manage my two lives at once. Also I’ve spoken with many of my friends that I’ve met overseas that participated in the IB program as well and I’m surprised to have learned how similar our experiences were. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagenew school year, new principal!she is amazing!!! she made the school so much better in just a couple of months. she makes time for parents, shes got another 3rd grade class (even though they told her no at first) because there was 24 students to 1 teacher. "Draconian CC&Rs - be sure to read ALL of the FINE PRINT. Also, most of the board members do not live in the subdivision. They are only interested in window-dressing. We have barking dogs without any action being taken. Motorcycles and vehicles speeding, ect. Roads are not well maintained. Construction was shoddy - cheap materials - cutting corners. PVC pipes in sprinkler systems substandard and prone to breakage. Location is excellent but the homes are substandard. Wiring will not take heavy load - i.e. running a hair dryer and vaccum at the same time will trip circut breakers - again, cutting corners. Slabs prone to cracking, garage slabs cracked. "
