    "Draconian CC&Rs - be sure to read ALL of the FINE PRINT. Also, most of the board members do not live in the subdivision. They are only interested in window-dressing. We have barking dogs without any action being taken. Motorcycles and vehicles speeding, ect. Roads are not well maintained. Construction was shoddy - cheap materials - cutting corners. PVC pipes in sprinkler systems substandard and prone to breakage. Location is excellent but the homes are substandard. Wiring will not take heavy load - i.e. running a hair dryer and vaccum at the same time will trip circut breakers - again, cutting corners. Slabs prone to cracking, garage slabs cracked. "
