This one-of-a-kind home is located on a private lane close to downtown Princeton and the Johnson Park School, reachable by a footpath from the backyard. A Mid Century Modern beauty, it is full of pleasant surprises which include a garage that was converted into a cheerful home office plus a legal apartment with a separate entrance and driveway providing monthly income. This exceptional home is distinctively presented with its floor plan centering around a gorgeous great room showing off broad expanses of glass, beamed ceilings, and an eye-catching fireplace. Looking out to its naturalized 3-acre setting, you’d never know bustling Nassau Street was right around the bend! Four bedrooms utilize two and a half updated bathrooms in a secluded corridor off the sky-lit foyer, each with individual personality. The whitewashed kitchen with terracotta tile floor opens to a true breakfast room with laundry adjacent. Both the home and apartment have patio areas that aren’t visible to one another, so everyone has a chance to enjoy the scenery without foregoing privacy.

"To get to bus station is a long , over populated area and the majority of people walk but a lot of cars in a very over populated and mixture of all kinds of people. Some very nice, and some very rude and feel they own the streets! I really hate Princeton and don’t recommend it. To get to train station is now a drive and to The Dinky is a longer walk than bus stop. And everything costs money, they built decks to make money and they also make you get permits to park. I was blessed enough to have a driveway where I was, but all in all: I rate it a good=25 & bad=75%-NOT VERY GOOD! Must rate Police & EMT IS A GOOD-100% -very fair and also courts are fair majority of time"
