"Lived here for over 40 years and have seen an incredible downturn in the quality of life. Population has boomed with taxes going up dramatically. Higher taxes with no increased services. We still have no garbage pickup, sewers, or even a street light. Schools are getting worse and much more renters, which means no investment in community."

"each other. there is always someone around just to talk to. I lived here for 5 years and loved every minute of it. I feel very safe here, It is a gated community so unless i have your name at the guard house, you will not b allowed in until the gate house person calls me, and asks me if I want them to let you in. There are many of clubs and activities that you can join. They also have 2 swimming pools two tennis courts, two golf courts , two computer rooms, and many many more activities two many to mention. "
