"While Gloucester City has its share of disabled/welfare/drug problems it also has good outreach programs for children, veterans, and the financiall at-risk. It offers solid community services and caring neighbors. It is becoming steadily revitalized and is in the Urban Enterprise Zone. It is small-business friendly and the cost of living is very low in comparison to other communities of its size. It has 2 senior citizens' communities that are safe and welcoming. Walk everywhere! This is a modern-day Mayberry!"
