The kitchen has plenty of cabinet storage as well as a walk-in pantry, and has all new high-end appliances. Parking consists of a 2 car garage, 2 driveway spaces, and one permit for on-street parking. Being the first unit on this street, it has a fairly large fenced side yard as well as the traditional patio area in the back. Although there is direct access to the UNCW campus, the Carleton Place community is quiet and well established with lots of mature trees and greenery. We are a bike ride or 3 minute drive to Lowes Foods, Home Depot, Lowes, and many other stores in the College Road area, and just a 8 minute drive to Mayfair. Overall this is a great community and convenient place to live.
Tenant will be responsible for water and electric bills, and maintenance of the fenced in side yard. Common areas including the front yard are maintained by the HOA. Pets are negotiable, but smoking is not allowed. We respectfully request that no students apply.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has small class sizes and opportunity to accelerate learning if ready. My child is receiving individualized spelling 2-3 years above grade level and has been placed in advanced math and reading. The online Discovery Education is a hit in our household in order to explore topics more in depth. The teachers are friendly and the class sizes smaller than at some other public (and private) schools. The student body is diverse, which is important in an increasingly global society. If I had a few wishes it would be for year round status, eliminate the uniform dress and for more advanced learner interaction to challenge and stimulate. My girlfriend is in 8th as well. SOMEONE IN THIS SCHOOL NEEDS TO CONTROL THEIR STUDENTS. My girlfriend is severely insecure about their body and your petty students didn’t help. "I just bought and moved-in to a single-family home on college acres drive. After three months, I'm loving the neighborhood! I didn't realize how great of a location this was, until I found that I could use back-roads to get to a number of major roads (Eastwood, S. College, Wrightsville Ave, Market), Avoiding traffic is a big deal to me. Also, the convenience of having shopping grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, home improvement, and a gym within a short bike-ride make this one of the best situated neighborhoods in Wilmington. I've seen several young families/ young couples move-in recently, and hope that this trend continues- College Acres has always been popular, but I think it's going to be better than ever in the next few years!"
