Students and staff have worked exceptionally hard over the past few years to move this school to a lofty “B” rating. Camden and Currituck counties are always seen as superior schools, however that is no longer the case. ECMS is on the rise and is in an excellent place to raise your family. This school has a hand full of good teachers. The others seem to only be there, to be there. There is very little parental involvement. I have never seen an elementary school like this before. "I drive about 5 to 10mins to get to a Food Lion, 20 for walmart and about 20 to get to my job. I don't know Mich about public transportation I drive my own vehicle everywhere. where I live is close to all the schools. "

"it's one of a kind it's friendly quiet and it was a place where I didn't see myself living because I thought it was a bad neighborhood. I can't speak for the entire trailer park only where I stay neighbors get along love another and share. We look out for one another making sure there's no one that shouldn't be on property trespassing. I enjoy our temporary stay here we are looking forward to bigger and better things! "
