Kitchenette consists of ample counter space, microwave, small fridge, hot plate and countertop oven. You are welcome to purchase an outdoor grill to make your kitchen set up even more complete!

Multiple length lease terms available for increased cost. Established, quiet couple, with 1 pet live upstairs.

MINIMUM LEASE TERM IS 3 MONTHS! PRICE ADVERTISED is for 12 month lease. Maximum occupancy is (2). First month rent and up to two months security deposit is required to move in. Your security deposit amount will depend on your credit and previous rental history. Utilities not included. For one occupant utilities of water, power, internet and trash are a flat $150 a month. For two occupants utilities are a flat $250/month. Admin fee is $200.
Pets: For any pet we require a non refundable pet fee of $300 plus $19 a month for "pet rent". Max weight is 50lbs. Must do a "meet and greet" with your pet. (1 pet maximum and no puppies)
*6 month lease option available for additional $125 per month, short term lease fee.
*Can come furnished for an additional $200 per month
*Optional washer & dryer rental $60 per month (included in furnished option).

*Month to month, furnished is $2500 a month plus utilities and sales and lodging tax.

*No way to control HVAC from basement but we can reach a mutual agreement about temperature. Whole house AC/heat typically kept on 74 in the summer and 68 in winter and we adjust it up or down by 2 degrees upon request. There is a ceiling fan in your bedroom, a portable fan, and screens on the windows and, since the basement is 50% below grade, the temperature is usually quite pleasant year round. You can also open and close 3 air vents to adjust your preferred temperature settings.

*Stepping stone walkway to basement.
*Credit and background check required. Must have positive, verifiable references!
