    "The area is awesome for families of all sorts. It has a mixture of middle aged people, young families as well as older couples. I never heard loud dogs or animals running wild. The traffic was excellent getting in and out of the street onto the main road and it took 2 minutes to the highway. I felt safe and secure knowing all my neighbors as they always said hello when I was outside. The lawns are very well maintained and people are always sweeping, planting new things, and cleaning. "
