5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDobbs is a failing school. Do not send your child here or buy property in the area. The staff is mostly new and the principal. The behavior children run the school and the teachers are the surrounding districts non renewals. The grade card is a joke. Students only get grades based off of test and nothing else. "Gun shots heard almost one a week (as far as we know). Some parts of the neighborhood are too scary to walk a dog. People sometimes drive too fast."

"I've lived here for 2 years in a home directly on the main road. We get lots of street noise. Its a decent neighborhood. I know my neighbor by name. I have a pretty backyard and lots of squirrels. There's lots of trees. No kids. All working adults. "
