Self employed shall provide tax returns, along with, four (4) bank statements
- Felonies and/or misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If you had a felony within the last 5 years, an additional Security Deposit will be required.
- Holding Fee: In order to reserve this rental home the applicant will be required to pay a deposit. The deposit equals one month's rent (but can go up depending on credit, rental history, etc. If the application is denied, the Holding Fee will be refunded to the applicant. If the applicant delays or cancels at any time, either approved or not, the applicant forfeits the Holding Fee. The Holding Fee will be applied towards the Security Deposit at the time of move-in.
- You must have reasonable credit. If you have credit issues, you may apply with a co-signer. If you have a bankruptcy it must be discharged and proof of discharge is required. If discharge is on the credit report, no additional documents needed. Any open bankruptcy will automatically be denied. Student Loans & Medical not considered for approval.
- We will verify two (2) years of rental history. If you have an outstanding balance and/or eviction with another Landlord within the last four (4) years, balance must be paid in full. Evictions exceeding four (4) years will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Landlord(s) name, phone and fax numbers must be provided.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy sons teachers have always been amazing! He’s lucky. But the other staff at school are rude. The principal doesn’t care. My son has ADHD and ODD and is on medication. Anytime he has an episode or he gets mad he will shut down and cover his ears and crawl under the table. He doesn’t hurt anyone. But her solution is to call me to come get him. They don’t even attempt to get to the root of the problem and why he got upset. My son has missed 26 days of school this year. If his morning starts off bad, he doesn’t recover from it. He has a disorder. Not one call has been made to me asking why he’s missed so much school. It’s like they don’t care. Wouldn’t a school want to figure out what’s going on?? If I didn’t know the situation going on, that would be a huge red flag to a counselor or principal! No call, no questions. What if one of the kids were actually in a horrible situation at home? It blows my mind. Also, they will let ANYONE pick up your kid...no questions asked! My neighbor had to pick him up one day and I was going to call the school and let them know but I forgot. But guess what, he showed up, went in, signed him out, and they let him leave!!! Not once did they question it, not once did they ask who he was, or even ask for an ID or even call me!! And at parent pickup it’s the same way in the car line. They aren't allowed to talk to each other, and the emphasize more on what the kids being "dressed for success" which is a front.
