"I have lived in the neighborhood for 16 years and LOVE the area. Friendly and helpful neighbors. We are only 15 miles from Canal Park in downtown Duluth. The nights are gorgeous, it is overall super quiet and peaceful. Lake living, lots of wildlife, beautiful surroundings, a golf course and big city amenities a hop skip and jump way. And yes, even internet! "

"I have lived in the neighborhood for 16 years. Peaceful and quiet. The great outdoors is in your own yard, yet you are only a couple miles from city life. Neighbors are nicely spread apart but willing to lend a cheerful helping hand in a moment. The lakes are beautiful, the wildlife rich. Nothing compares to the skiing, kayaking or snowmobile trails. And yes we have internet! And the morning call of the Loons! You can't get any closer to God's Country!"
