Living area has: 55" UHD TV; leather sofa, Glass coffee and end tables, modern area rug, etc.

Lower level (garden level) - Two Bedrooms, full bath and clothes washer/dryer. Iron and ironing board provided. Bed linens, blankets, pillows, and bath towels provided.

1st Bedroom with Queen Memory Foam Bed, dresser, bed side table, alarm clock, lamp, closet w/hangers, modern artwork on wall.

2nd Bedroom with XL Twin bed (80"L); and office, dresser, bedside table, lamp, closet w/hangers.

Townhouse has security alarm system on ALL windows and doors. Townhouse has one shared wall with next door townhouse. We own both townhouses.

Guest pays rent, electric, water, gas, cable TV, renter's insurance. Approximate utilities costs: electric & water = $60-100/mo; gas = $40-90/mo;

Utilities costs are dependent upon individual guests usage and will vary based upon this usage, current utilities rates and services provided. An all-inclusive flat rate price (rent and utilities) is available upon request.

HOST pays trash, recycling, snow removal, lawn care.

NO SMOKING. NO ANIMALS.

On-city bus line - 7 days per week; 4.2 miles to Mayo Clinic (10 min drive); (bicycle 29 minutes) to Mayo Clinic. 5.2 miles to Olmsted Medical Hospital (12 min drive).
