4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love the school spirit at the school and sporting events. You walk in the school and it feels open and comfortable. It's a unique school in that it is diverse, but so accepting. There is a reason the school was nationally recognized for it's positive messages to students and families. People are so friendly. Every time I have walked in the building kids make eye contact, smile and if I look lost they help me. I love that I continually have doors held for me by these students. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to this school many many year ago. But now that I’m getting ready to place my kid in kindergarten, I’m remembering all the great experiences here. Ms. Roelke helped me fall in love with learning. The teachers did a great job wrangling us for recess and teaching us to play together and cooperate. "This is a great family neighborhood. There are sidewalks and parks and an elementary school that is within walking distance. Lots of park and recreation activities always going on at the nearby baseball and soccer fields. Great family neighborhood and easy to get outside and get to know your home owning neighbors."

"Lots of crime and I personally feel very uncomfortable walking anywhere in the area. I avoid eating or going out to any type of bar just because we feel unsafe. We typically travel to Maple Grove or even to Northeast if we plan to go out. I also would avoid enrolling children into the Osseo Area schools. Poor ratings and cutbacks have made this a less-than-ideal location for public education."
