The principal hardly ever comes out of her office. And the security are the worst. The school is just rigged, corrupted whatever the word is. But there are good qualities. "I lived on Courville from 1989-2007. The houses are nice houses, but the neighborhood is dying because people don’t care. Young people don’t know the value of owning something and maintaining it. "

"It's gonna be the next up and coming neighborhood in Detroit. partially why I moved here. Despite what is said on the news, it's fairly safe area with lots to do around. I'd encourage any new home buyer(especially on a budget) to have no fear investing in the cool little neighborhood. "
