"It’s right down town by the hospital and school and close to the river and easy highway access my neighborhood is very friendly and look out for each other also we have tons of things to do here "

"lots of pitbulls in this neighborhood. but for the most part, they are well controlled. for some reason people feel the need to have multiples of these dogs.i don't get it. we're looking for a different place to live."

"There are many nice parks and family events to attend throughout the year. A lot of the schools are within walking distance from where you live. A word of caution, a lot of people do NOT leash their dogs in Bay City and there are a lot of dogs allowed to run loose. I do like the fact that cats must be licensed, the same as dogs. It cuts down on the number of stray cats in the city. "

"I lived in this area for a year now. I see ppl walking their dogs every day. What I like about my neighborhood is that it's quite. Thank not traffic I hear are vechicals on the close main street That's what makes my neighborhood unique. "
