3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has a music teacher that yells at the kids all day like he hates his jobs and all of the kids complain about him not sure how he’s still a teacher. This school is one sided and offer any help to the kids that is being bullied by other kids and they don’t hold all parties accountable. I really don’t trust this school and I don’t plan on keeping my kids enrolled for long.Parent Review6mo ago - Overlea High & Academy Of Finance

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a charter school that brings in kids from the inner city of Baltimore. Most kids hate it there. There's always a fight or several.A robbery happened last year at the homecoming game by a student. Most of the students carry weapons and are vaping (not just tobacco) and no one seems to do anything about it. Don't send your kids here!Parent Review8mo ago - Golden Ring Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a current student at GRMS and I'll be honest it is not the best like some private school or some really expensive school but we do get an education and that is all that matters. The staff have been nothing but nice to all of us and the students are not truly rude or disrespectful they are trying to fit in with the crowd and seem cool and fight to make themselves seem tough so that they can be like the "popular kid" and I have been bullied many times at this school but thats a part of life and it only makes you 10x better just be you honestly and be aesthetic to you and you'll generally be fineStudent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 5724 Van Dyke Rd.

"it's low income housing which I'm moving soon , but it's not unique at all it's the struggle low poverty area they try to maintain it but if u ask me I think everyone here should be directed elsewhere where and be forced to work and be self sufficient the people here are carefree have no real means to do better outside of myself. I do not recommend this area to no one and the violence has escalated "

"A plethora of dog friendly establishments in this neighborhood, from dog parks with bars and ice cream shops with dog treats to restaurants with dog menus. Neighbors especially love when the pups participate in social activities. There are costume contests during halloween and dogs are also encouraged to dress up and join the October light festival parade. Canton is a dog-lovers haven."
