STOP AND LOOK!!! This is a very spacious and updated 5 bedroom home that sits at the end of the cul-de-sec which is in fact a rare find. With a plush front porch for early morning coffee and relaxing. Newly installed hardwood floors throughout the whole house. A top-of-the-line custom designer kitchen with soft close cabinets, stunning granite countertops and an extended island that will take your breath away. Beautiful crown molding accent the walls in the dining room overlooking a wood mantle open gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter. Gas fire place means low maintenance and no cleaning wood or pellets. With 2 master bedrooms there will be plenty of space! First floor master has custom closet and shelving with handicap accessible full bath for convenient first floor living. This home includes 4 full bathrooms and a half bathroom for guest. The basement is fully finished with tile floors for easy cleaning, and the ability to have a family member stay over if needed. Guests would have their own entrance to come and go as they please. The backyard is fitted with a slate patio with plenty of room for backyard entertainment. This house is one of the top houses that I have listed in this area. It has been pre-inspected that would be shared with a ratified contract. This is a must-see home because it won't last long!

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from Orems Elementary in 1997. At the time, the school was lacking in quality resources. However, I rarely had an issue with any of the teaching staff. I also liked the educational opportunities offered toward the end of my Elementary School career, when they allowed for advanced 4th grade students to participate in classes at the 5th grade level.Other Review7y ago - Stemmers Run Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am and continue to be surprised everyday of the effort and passion that this school brings to its students. The principal, assistant principals, and staff right down to the lunch ladies have all been wonderful. My daughter attends a special needs program within the school and the mentoring she receives from other students is compassionate and helpful. Virtual learning has been successful under the circumstances and extra activities like Wednesday’s school news provides an opportunity for students to share fun videos, keep up with teachers, and learn/ share fun activities. Not to mention the school is now a middle school IB program. When you can walk through a hallway between classes and every student you encounter smiles, says or hello, or even offers to help you find something then you know that this school is a safe haven for many that have less than perfect home lives amd a place that will provide your child many learning opportunities that the surrounding schools can’t do.Parent Review3y ago - Check out schools near 18 Russet Ct.
