Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from September 11, 2022
Cozy, maintained bungalow w/vinyl siding could use updating as time and money allows. Some updates that have been done include new roof about 3 years ago, heat & CAC in 2017, HWH in 2011, updated electric box in 2016. Main electric line has been replaced. Owner was part of county program helping residents to insulate home to cut heating & AC costs. Attic super insulated in this program. Pull down the stairs in hallway and see for yourself. Cracks and air spaces filled in especially in basement and you can see evidence of this too. You'll love the wood floors in LR & two bedrooms. Remodeled bathroom w/large shower w/seat and hand held sprayer. Some plumbing replaced when bathroom remodeled. There are steps to the basement inside house but owner has asked you do not use them (Door locked so you won't!). Stairs are very steep but believed to be sturdy. Please use entrance to basement in back of yard. Sump pump in basement. L-shaped eat-in kitchen w/door leading out back. Gas burners on stove work but not oven. Seller believes Verizon & FIOS are available but buyer needs to verify. Shed needs to be replaced - floor not stable. This home is being sold "as is" but seller says inspections are welcomed. NO FHA offers, please! Some furnishings are negotiable if buyer is interested. Back property line goes to building in back. Deed is in disclosures. Deed allows owners of the building in back to use the 2 doors for emergency purposes (POA who lived in house growing up has no knowledge of doors ever being used for emergencies) and the concrete pad (maybe 4'X4') was the spot where the building had their AC unit. Unit has now been moved to their building's roof.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTERRIBLE SCHOOL. My children are special needs and one of my children got hit in the face by another student. The school isn't coming up with a solution for the future so I came up with one. My children need to be in a Special Education program or have a one-on-one helper (specialist that specializes in their disability). So far, the only thing they accomodated for them was put them on a bus so they don't have to walk a mile to get to school, which I had to threaten a lawsuit because KKI and a Dr said it's a safety concern if they aren't on the bus and middlesex tried making us wait 3 months which turned into 2 days after i mentioned a lawsuit. (BTW they do not have a special education program and no one in the school knows anything about Autism.)Parent Review2mo ago - Stemmers Run Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am and continue to be surprised everyday of the effort and passion that this school brings to its students. The principal, assistant principals, and staff right down to the lunch ladies have all been wonderful. My daughter attends a special needs program within the school and the mentoring she receives from other students is compassionate and helpful. Virtual learning has been successful under the circumstances and extra activities like Wednesday’s school news provides an opportunity for students to share fun videos, keep up with teachers, and learn/ share fun activities. Not to mention the school is now a middle school IB program. When you can walk through a hallway between classes and every student you encounter smiles, says or hello, or even offers to help you find something then you know that this school is a safe haven for many that have less than perfect home lives amd a place that will provide your child many learning opportunities that the surrounding schools can’t do.Parent Review3y ago - Check out schools near 1709 Earhart Rd.
